ClaimSource One is an Atlanta-based claims service firm that specializes in helping residential and commercial property owners recover settlements for damaged building materials installed on their property, as well as for building materials damaged by storms and natural disasters. Company History
ClaimSource One was founded by William Monie. Before starting the company Bill worked for the largest class-action services company in the world. While working for his former employer, he realized that only a small percentage of all eligible property owners were filing claims and receiving an adequate settlement offer.
The reasons were:
- They were not aware these building materials settlements existed,
- They were not aware that there were hundreds of millions in damages waiting to be claimed, and
- If they were aware, they did not know whether their property has the building products specified in the class action.
The documentation and claims process is complex, daunting and time consuming. Many claims programs require multiple, subsequent filings to ensure the maximum recovery on each qualifying property.
ClaimSource One has developed a risk-free claims process that allows property owners to contribute only a few minutes of their time to their claim, while our staff expedites the recovery of funds.
In 2008, ClaimSource One began offering a new service that helped property owners recover insurance settlements for roofing damages caused by storms and natural disasters. Once again, they were inspired to enter this market because they realized there were many people who had property damage but were unaware they were eligible to file a claim. |
