The third step is recovery of settlement funds owed to you.

As soon as we receive your check from the independent claims administrator, we will promptly forward you your share of the siding lawsuit recovery. We ensure that your settlement offer adequately reflects your siding damages.

Damage awards are between $4.40 and $6.18 per square foot (rates vary in geographic regions).

Subsequent Siding Claims

Select products and manufacturers are subject to subsequent year claims. These class-action settlements allow us to file your siding claim annually for any new damage that occurs. If your home has one of the products that qualified, we will contact you approximately one year from your original file date with specific instructions regarding your subsequent year claim.

In order to determine the need to re-file, we order photos of the inspection results, and review them and your file on a yearly basis. It may also be necessary to re-visit your property to evaluate additional damages.

We will file your siding claim each year until we believe your damage award is accurate.
