John Pawlak Co-founder and CEO
As the Co-founder and CEO, John, developed the concept of third-party claims filing services, which have become a permanent fixture in class action settlements. Under John’s direction the company has grown from less than $200,000 in revenues in 2001 to over $25 million in 2006. He holds a Bachelor of Science in Business Administration from the University of Tennessee and is a member of Vistage, the world’s largest CEO membership organization.
John is active in the Atlanta Community and serves as a Board Member of Huntingtons Disease Society of America, Georgia Chapter, and is involved with Chris Kids. John lives in Roswell, Georgia with his wife and two sons.
William Monie II Co-founder and COO
As Co-founder and COO, Bill developed the business processes for third-party claim filing services that set the standard for this relatively new industry. His ability to execute and implement new processes resulted in growing the company from two employees to more than 150 in less than 3 years. Prior to founding ClaimSource One, Bill managed several high profile class action inspection programs for a national claims service provider. He majored in Economics and holds a Bachelor of Science degree with a focus in Real Estate from the University of West Georgia.
Bill is active in the Atlanta community and has served as a Board Member of the Huntingtons Disease Society of America, Georgia Chapter since 2003. He resides in Suwanee, Georgia with his wife and two sons.
