Company History

ClaimSource One was founded by William Monie. Before starting the company Bill worked for the largest class-action services company in the world. While working for his former employer, he realized that only a small percentage of all eligible property owners were filing claims and receiving an adequate settlement offer.

The reasons were:

• They were not aware these building materials settlements existed,
• They were not aware that there were hundreds of millions in damages waiting to be claimed, and
• If they were aware, they did not know whether their property has the building products specified in the class action.

The documentation and claims process is complex, daunting and time consuming. Many claims programs require multiple, subsequent filings to ensure the maximum recovery on each qualifying property.
