Masonite Warranty Exterior Siding Claim

The Masonite Claims Administrator will review your claim and determine if an inspection is necessary. If an inspection is required, your claim will be forwarded to an outside independent inspection company to inspect your siding. The inspection process normally takes from 60-90 days. Upon receipt of the results and siding settlement, we will forward the results and settlement check to you within five business days.

The average claim takes approximately five months to process before you receive a settlement payment.

In all instances, please do not paint, make repairs or replace your siding prior to the completion of the inspection process to maximize your settlement payment. If there is a pending sale on your property, please notify our office immediately.
